Skin is the largest and the outermost organ of the body. It undergoes insults day in and day out that can result in wounds forming scars. In order to regenerate skin in wounded regions, one needs to understand how skin forms in the first place. So this talk focuses on elucidating skin development, especially in the context of dermal epigenetic complex protein, EZH2, on how it regulates dermis and the epidermis simultaneously.
